Where to eat in Turin, two advices

Are you looking for a good regional cuisine? Do you want to spend a right amount, enjoing your meal in a genuine atmosphere? The ‘Piole’ are definitely what’s right for you. Welcoming places in Turin, characterized by a warm and friendly atmosphere – just how The Curious Café likes – where you will feel immediately at home.

The menu is basic but very tasty, there’s always a new ‘dish of the day’. We tried ‘Cianci Piola Caffè’ (Piazzetta Quattro Marzo, on the picture you can see the interiors) and we were very satisfied. Highly recommended!

Just near there, you can try Pizzeria  ‘Il Taglio’: here you can find kindness and politeness. This place has a basic design, and uses high quality ingredients (totally local, ‘zero km’). Typical pizza: the Piedmont hazelnuts one (but there are so many tastes). The guys which run it are very nice and young, you can clearly perceive that they do this job with great passion. What can I say, congratulations and keep it up!

[We haven’t tried a large number of restaurants for sure, but among the ones we visited, these are the ones that I would recommend!]
